Some facts about Standards Plus
We started in 1994, so we've seen some good times, seen some difficult times and stood the test of time.
We have 100% pass rate at ISO certifications, so every customer that follows our advice passes their ISO certification audit, which gives you confidence in our ability.
We have helped about 150 companies achieve about 200 certifications, which means that nowadays most business have more than one standard.
We get 80% of our business as repeat or referral, which is flattering as we set our stall out for one contract with a customer and they keep inviting us back.
We now have two staff. It seems that Mr Shaw is responsible for sales and operations and Mrs Shaw is responsible for everything else.
Ollie Shaw is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Health and Safety Professional. He has written several articles that have been published in the ISO certification trade press, including The IET magazine, Quality World magazine and The Environmentalist magazine. He has presented at conferences on his favourite subject of combining together multiple certifications into one easy-to-use ISO system. His last conference presentation was at the Quality Conference in Orlando, Florida in 2005 when he presented on a new subject at the time, integrating several certifications together.
