Purchase, Payment and Delivery
1.You may select your products and from this website and then make a purchase.
2.You can make your payment from this website with a credit card or debt card, subject to approval by the card processing company.
3.Your receipt will be sent with the product.
4.Payment is to be made in full before products are despatched
5.You can expect your product to be delivered by �Signed for� post, or courier, normally within 5 working days of placing your order.
Products and Support
6.Full Document Pack � ISO Standards. You are entitle to telephone and email support for six months from the date of purchase
7.Documents Plus � ISO Standards. The Starter Day must be booked and delivered within six months of the date of purchase. The Finishing Day must be booked and delivered within twelve months of the date of purchase. Cancellations or postponements made within one month of the agreed date are chargeable and no refund is available. Additional days are chargeable. Travelling expenses will not normally be charged within the UK, but any other journey will be charged at cost.
8.Health and Safety - Documents Only. You are entitled to telephone and email support for six months from the date of purchase.
Ownership, Intellectual Property and Copyright

9.Standards Plus accepts no responsibility for the implementation of �Documents Only� products.
10.Any patents, intellectual property or copyright arising from consultancy from Standards Plus associated with this products shall belong to Standards Plus Ltd, unless agreed separately and in writing.
11.Standards Plus Ltd owns the copyright of all documents. After payment, you have permission to use these documents for their own purposes. Distribution to any third party is prohibited.
